DAY 1 : MARRAKECH ARRIVAL
Drive from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, stop at Hait ben Haddou kasbah and have lunch at your leisure and experience the unique Moroccan cuisine. Arrive at the hotel and relax around the swimming pool until dinner.
Day 2 : OUARZAZATE TO ERFOUD
Cross the Valley of 1000 Kasbahs and follow the ancient caravan route from many years ago. Stop in The Valley of the Flowers at a location that carries all ingredients made in The Valley. Drive through Dades Gorge and return through Todra Gorge, a stunning mountain oasis, featuring a riverside terrace lush with palm trees. Arrive around noon, just in time for lunch in the gorge. Continue towards the desert and spend the night in Erfoud.
DAY 3 : ERFOUD TO MERZOUGA
Visit the three Villages of Merzouga and see the Gnowa Village and hear the local authentic Gnowan music. As you drive closer to the dunes you will experience the visual wonder of the Sahara Desert. An unforgettable sight! Relax around the hotel before starting the camel ride to see the breathtaking sunset at the top of the dunes. Enjoy a Moroccan dinner in the desert and lisen to drumming by the locals. Camp overnight in the middle of the dunes and see the moon and stars under the desert sky. Get up early, next morning, and view the spectacular desert sunrise. Ride your camel back to the hotel for a buffet breakfast.
DAY 4 : MERZOUGA
Spend the day touring Merzouga, relaxing around the pool and watching the sunset fall behind the dunes to create a colourful masterpiece. Have dinner and spend an evening of drumming and conversation.
DAY 5 OUARZAZATE VIA DRAA VALLEY
Leave early to begin your drive back through the mountains. Your driver will stop in the middle of the route for lunch. The day’s journey will end at Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight.
DAY 6 : MARRAKECH
From Zagora to Ouarzazate we travel further through the Draa Valley (164km) discovering numerous villages and oasis’. After passing through Agdz, crossing the Djebel Saghir with its amazing heart shaped dunes, we arrive in Ouarzazate.
DAY 7 : MARRAKECH
We return to Marrakech via the Tizi n Tichka pass through the heart of the Atlas Mountains. The climb offers unique view of the breathtaking plains of Haouz. Once back in Marrakech there will be time to enjoy the colourful city, dinner at the Plaza, shopping in the souk.
DAY 8 : MARRAKECH – TRANSFER TO AIRPORT
Time for relaxation and last minute shopping before a transfer to the airport in plenty of time for your flight.
