Then the way leads you over the high Atlas mountains, through deep gorges and over the Tiz´n´Tichka-pass to the red city, Marrakech.

  1. Day 1: Fes To Merzouga

    Fes – Midelt – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (Camel Ride & Night in Desert)

    We are leaving Fez early in the morning and going to Merzouga, passing through Ifrane to arrive to the cedar forests of Azrou where the wild monkeys are located. It will be good opportunity to take photos of wilderness in Morocco. Lunch in a small Berber village of Zaida. We continue the way through the Atlas Mountains enjoying the landscapes of Midelt to arrive to the small town of Rich and later Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. Afterwards we continue to Merzouga, check into the hotel. After relaxing little bit, you’ll ride the camels to spend the night in desert under the stars, in traditional berber nomad tents. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac.

  2. Day 2: Merzouga To Dades Gorge

    Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Touroug- Tinjedad – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorge

     

  3. Day 3 : Dades Gorge To Marrakech

    Dades Gorge – Kelaa Mgouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Tizi -n- Tichka – Marrakech
